We want you to love your Shelfglow piece. If something isn't right, here's how we'll help.

14-day right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)

If you live in the EU or EEA, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To do so, email us at domantasgas@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can also use the EU model withdrawal form, but you don't have to.

After you contact us, please return the item within 14 days. We'll reply with the return address. Items should be returned unused, complete and in their original packaging where possible. The cost of returning the item is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

We'll refund the full amount you paid, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may wait to issue the refund until we've received the item back or you've sent proof of return, whichever comes first. Refunds go to your original payment method.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, has missing pieces, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or missing parts, or give you a full refund, at no cost to you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights: EU consumers are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee for goods that aren't as described or are faulty.
