Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping

Shipping is free on every order to all the countries we deliver to: Lithuania and the rest of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

How long it takes

Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–6 business days.
Delivery: most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks of dispatch. Delivery to some regions can occasionally take longer, especially during holiday peaks.

Our products are shipped directly from our fulfilment partner's warehouse, so items in one order may sometimes arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after dispatch.

Customs & import charges

Orders to the EU are shipped with VAT handled at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. For orders to the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, local import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's rules. These are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email us at domantasgas@gmail.com and we'll investigate and send a replacement or refund.
