1. About us

This website, shelfglow.store, is operated by Shelfglow ("we", "us"), a sole trader based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Our contact details are on our Contact Information page. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming that we've received it. A contract is formed when your order is confirmed and payment has been taken. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurred; in that case we'll refund you in full.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where available and include applicable VAT for EU customers. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. Discounts and promotions apply only for the period stated.

4. Products

We do our best to show products accurately. Book nook kits are hand-assembled products, so small variations in finish, colour and lighting from photos are normal. Kits contain small parts and are not suitable for young children.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns & your rights

Your right to withdraw from a purchase and our returns process are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee for faulty goods.

7. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms, but not for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you're a consumer living in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. If you have a complaint, please contact us first. EU consumers may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lrv.lt).
